Below you will find a link to the annual survey for members of the church.
If you did complete and hand in the paper copy of the survey this past Sunday, you do not need to do the online version - you are all set!
If you did not hand in a paper survey with your responses this past Sunday, please fill out this electronic survey linked below.
In doing so, keep in mind what your experiences have been since last summer up to this moment. We estimate it will take you 8 to 12 minutes to complete.
Participation is voluntary but much appreciated. Receiving feedback from everyone is valuable. It helps the Vestry Board examine trends over time, make more informed decisions, and take more meaningful actions to guide our community of communities. Your opinions and experiences are important to us.
The survey will remain open until the end of the day, June 1, 2025.
